PITTSBURGH, PA — CardChamp, a Pittsburgh-based merchant services and payment processing provider, today announced that it has acquired the merchant services portfolio of Last Switch Payment Solutions, a merchant services brokerage serving businesses across Minnesota, Colorado, and other markets.
The acquisition strengthens CardChamp’s growing national footprint while adding focused expansion in the Minnesota and Colorado markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Last Switch has built its reputation as a merchant services consultant and brokerage focused on helping business owners evaluate their current processing programs, identify potential savings, and access a range of payment processing solutions. The company’s approach is working with merchants and their current providers to help reduce processing costs and monitor programs over time to ensure rates remain aligned with expectations.

The agreement identifies Last Switch as a business engaged in credit card terminals, merchant accounts, and related goods and services, and the disclosure schedules list Florida, Minnesota, and Colorado as jurisdictions associated with the business.
Last Switch’s offerings include merchant services consulting, equipment options, partner solutions, and support for payment acceptance across standalone terminals, mobile-first platforms, and other processing tools. The company services merchants focused in Minneapolis, the Midwest, and national territories.
